    Creencias, Recuerdos, Emociones... y de fondo el mar

    Lo que se ha perdido, lo que se debería haber perdido,
    lo que se ha conseguido y ha satisfecho por error,
    lo que amamos y perdimos y, después de perderlo, vimos,
    amándolo por haberlo tenido, que no lo habíamos amado;
    lo que creíamos que pensábamos cuando sentíamos;
    lo que era un recuerdo y creíamos que era una emoción;
    y el mar en todo, llegando allá, rumoroso y fresco,
    del gran fondo de toda la noche, a agitarse fino en la playa,
    en el decurso nocturno de mi paseo a la orilla del mar.
